Consultancy
I’ll help you build a clear, practical comms strategy through workshops and an easy‑to‑follow action plan.
I can also carry out an audit of your existing digital channels and give feedback. I’ll identify any gaps or weaknesses and focus on priority areas for improvement.

Wearing all the hats in a small charity or social enterprise can be tough - especially when comms gets squeezed in around everything else.
If you're leading the work and trying to tell the story too, I offer one-to-one mentoring to help you feel more confident, focused and supported.
Mentoring
Whether you’re planning a campaign, trying to make time for social media, or just need a sounding board, mentoring gives you space to think and someone to work it through with. You might be running your own organisation or working freelance. Either way, I’ll meet you where you are.
How it works
We’ll meet online for an hour each month. It’s your time to talk through what’s on your plate, untangle challenges, and set a few small, realistic goals. I’ll offer honest advice, helpful ideas, and steady encouragement - plus email support in between sessions if anything crops up.
You won’t leave with a long to-do list - just clear, practical steps that make things feel a bit more manageable.
Pricing and packages
Mentoring costs £120 a month, which includes:
A one-hour one-to-one session
Email support between sessions
Personalised, practical advice
Sessions are online or in person if you're based in central Newcastle or North Tyneside.
I offer flexible options for small organisations or solo freelancers, like a sliding scale or discounted bundles of 5 or 10 sessions. There’s no minimum commitment; we can work together for as long or as short as you need.

My rates
My standard day rate is £400.
For smaller charities, or long-term retainer arrangements where I’m contracted for several days a month, I offer a discount.
Because I’m flexible in how I work, a day can go a long way. That one day is often spread out over several days to give you time to review things and come back to me.
